2025国际产学研用合作会议（河南会区）生物医药与绿色化学交叉前沿论坛将于2025年10月17-19日在中国新乡举行，现就有关事项通知如下：
2025 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application (Henan Province) Cross-Frontier Forum on Biomedicine and Green Chemistry will be held at Henan Normal University, Xinxiang City, China, on October 17th-19th, 2025. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows：
一、会议地点/ Conference Address
报到地点/ Registration: 新乡桃李春风酒店（新乡市建设东路85号）。/Taolichunfeng Hotel (85 Jianshe Road E., Xinxiang).
开幕式及分论坛地点/Opening Ceremony and Forum Location：（新乡市建设东路46号）。/Henan Normal University (46 Jianshe Road E., Xinxiang).
二、会议议程/ Conference Agenda
会议日程见附件1，具体日程以会议手册为准。/ Please refer to Attachment 1 for conference agenda. The specific schedule will be based on the conference manual.

四、会议相关事项
1、会议相关费用/Conference-related Expenses
会议不收取会务费。会务组安排18日中午自助餐，其余餐食自理；参会人员住宿费用自理，会务组推荐入住桃李春风酒店（新乡市建设东路85号），住宿费用约330元/间/天，请尽早预定。会议不安排接送站，如有相关需求，请与会务组联系。/There is no conference fee. The conference organizing committee will arrange a buffet lunch on the 18th. All other meals are at your own expense. All participants need to cover their own accommodation expenses. The organizing committee recommends staying at Taolichunfeng Hotel (85 Jianshe Road E., Xinxiang), with accommodation costs approximately 330 RMB per room per day. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.

校外参会人员凭此会议通知（电子版或纸质版）进入学校参会。/External participants are requested to enter the school on foot or by car with this meeting notice (either in electronic or paper form) for the conference.
